Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from ear blockage or middle ear infection or BPPV or Acute vestibular neurinitis or labyrinthitis etc. Sore taste may be due to glossitis or fungal Infection etc. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Use tablet vertin 16 mg thrice a day for five days. Please show your oral cavity to ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
