What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Headache?

My daughter has been dizzy nausea light headed for over 5 weeks she has seen here family dr and he told her it was a middle ear infection no relief and a very bad headache then she saw a ent dr he said cerebral headaches he told her to take aleve and Sudafel which she feels has made her worst we are at our wits end she is five feet four and weights 112 pounds normally healthy runs is 31 years old has a two year old son the ent sent her to a medical massage therapist the therapist said it was tension her husband said she is not feeling any better help

Also check her for non ENT cause for giddiness and vertigo like anemia, hypotension or hypoglycemia or cardiac arrhythmia or cervical spondylosis etc.

Check for blood pressure or ECG, echo, hemoglobin status, CT scan.

Please consult your ENT/physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
