What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Fatigue?

For the past 6 months or so I have experienced light headedness and some nausea and fatigue. In the last 5 weeks these symptoms have worsened so the point that I am now weak when I walk and feel faint. In the last 5 weeks I have lost 14 pounds and I am not dieting. I have seen a cardiologist-it is not heart related- and an endocrinologist -it is not Addison s disease. I have a follow up appointment with my family doctor but at this point am at a loss of how to proceed

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should definitely consult neurologist and gastroenterologist to rule out brain and GIT (gastrointestinal tract) related diseases.
Dizziness and nausea with weight loss are commonly seen with brain tumor. So get done MRI brain.
GIT malignancy, malabsoption can also cause similar symptoms. So get done CT scan of abdomen and upper GI (gastrointestinal) scopy.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
