What Causes Dizziness Along With Nasal Congestion?
Hi.. Ive been feeling light headed for the past few days and a stuffy nose everyday. My nipples are a little sore to the touch but nothing major. I have been having abdominal cramps on and off since I ve ovulate. I haven t got my period yet so could this be a sign I may be pregnant ?

Probably not the stuffy nose but everything else you mention may be caused by pregnancy. I suggest you take a pregnancy test.
