What Causes Dizziness Along With Head Ache And Nausea?

Last night I was hit very hard with the corner of a laptop above right eyebrow and close to temple. I was immediately in pain, dizzy and head hurt and felt nauseous . Today I am still experiencing the head pain and dizziness. Also sore to touch the area and a bit purple with a small bump. If I bend over the pain is worse and so is the dizziness. Can this be anything I need to be concerned with. I did not lose consciousness, but came close when it happened. Thank you, Patti

Hello I understand your concern.
No, you need not to worry for this.
The impact was forceful at your forehead so you felt a bit of dizzyness.
This bump is due to injury and inflammation at the site. When you bend down the pressure in the swelling increases which increases your pain.
My advice is take antiinflammatory drugs like Aceclofenac+paracetamol combination, tab famotidine twice daily for 3 days. Apply Diclofenac gel or ointment thrice daily at the swelling.
Apply hot water fomentation at the swelling. This will soothe you and reduce pain.
