Hi. I experienced dizziness with back pains after standing for too long. The first instance my vision blacked out and my blood pressure lowered however, the person who checked me the first time said it may be because I did not eat beforehand. But then there were 3 other instances wherein I experienced dizziness with back pains again and low blood pressure after standing for a few minutes eventhough I had eaten. What could the problem be?
