Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had all of my wisdom teeth taken out four days ago. Ever since I have been crazy, stupid dizzy. I cannot see straight or walk without stumbling. Is this normal? It does seem to be getting better. I'm in very little pain, but there does seem to be a lot of pressure from the swelling. I am also not running a fever.
I have gone through your question and have found the cause of your symptoms..
The dizzy feeling after wisdom teeth extraction is not happening to you due to extraction rather it is due to side effect of medicine (antibiotics and painkillers) given to you by your dentist after extractions..
You should consult your dentist and explain the immediate symptoms so that the dentist can either reduce the dose of medicine or change the medication...
Avoid driving and going out alone as dizziness can lead to accidental incidents..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora..
