What Causes Dizziness After Taking Tylenol?

Had a bone density, female 80 1/2 and had in hospital out patient I’ve for bones. The iv in wrist has left my thumb numb on top,and pulls if lift high or low, enough I yell out. Also had flu symptoms stiff neck, aches for few days dr said take Tylenol. Now this dizziness, zig zags tonite and hearing not good lately in left ear but this week suddenly decreased in hearing, can hardly hear on phone at times last week. Email is,,,,,YYYY. Thank you

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Usually taking Paracetamol may not cause dizziness unless you have Paracetamol allergy or pre-existed hypotension or other problems. I think you may be suffering from acute BPPV or hypotension or vestibular neuronitis or infections, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Take tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. If symptoms do not improve please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
