What Causes Dizziness After Taking Green Tea Tablets?
I am a healthy 55 year old women, same job for 30 years. I started to take green tea tablets about a month ago to speed ip my matoblism. Last Sunday I was in the shower and got quite dizzy and fell/ fainted not real sure as I was coherent the entire time. I took my blood pressure later that day and it was 100/55. I understand that this is low, although my entire life my blood pressure has always has been low. I have been feeling very cold as of the past week and no reason.

There are various reasons for having dizziness varying from ear problem to brain or heart diseases. It need not be due to the green tea tablets however if you suspect it then its better to avoid it till other reasons are ruled out.
Your blood pressure is low however if it has been your regular blood pressure then it would not be the reason for your dizziness as body gets adjusted to that kind of blood pressure. I would advise you to visit a physician and undergo tests to arrive at a diagnosis. Cold intolerance is more commonly seen in hypothyroidism. You need to get your thyroid hormones also checked along with other tests to find the diagnosis.
