General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think you were suffering a hypotensive episode due to dehydration by being in sun all day. Also sun heat causes vasodilation of skin vessels contributes to hypotension together with your emotional state at the moment. I can recommend you to drink lots of fluid, to keep hydrated and to evitate the midday hours when sun radiation is stronger and direct.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
