Hello,

Which operation you undergone? Possible causes are like BPPV or vestibular neuronitis or labyrinthitis etc. Use tablet vertin 16 mg thrice a day for five days. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams.

Epleys manover may help to reduce the giddiness. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician or treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
