General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

It could occur after endoscopy procedure for initial few days.

The blood pressure readings are almost within normal limits, so no need to worry about that.

You can give your wife tab.cinnarizine 75 mg (stugeron forte) to get relieved from this dizziness.

Generally symptomatic treatment is required for it.

She may take proper hydration and electrolyte balance with some symptomatic antihistamines treatment as I said.

However if the problem is persistent, you should see a doctor at the earliest and get evaluated further. I will suggest you undergo routine blood count, ESR, blood electrolytes, tests for vestibular (balance) system like electronystagmography or rotation tests to diagnose the cause for dizziness.

Your local physician or GP will know about the test.

Regards,
