General & Family Physician 's  Response
your age and family history of any medical illness or medical and surgical history has not been mentioned.
the symptoms you r experiencing could be due to several factors

your stress at work and your nutritional level
vitamin B12 deficiency
diabetes
menopausal symptoms ( hot flushes)
bad postural habits or vitamin D calcium deficiency could be causing back pain

you need to consider all these and take appropriate steps
decrease stress
improve diet exercise
multivitamins
nutritional supplements
vitamin A B CD E should be adequate for your eye bone and nerve health.
right foot wear and posture
check for diabetes
pelvic ultrasound to rule out any lesions that are causing lower abdominal pain that could also give back pain
