General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Mere feeling of discomfort does not necessarily indicate spleen enlargement. Associated features of fever, malaise, weight alteration, appetite changes are vital to co relate further.

In case of doubt, should get examined by your GP for primary evaluation and ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis for further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
