What Causes Discomfort In The Upper Abdomen?

My upper abdomen has been giving me trouble for the past year. I have trouble laying in certain positions. When I eat I have to go to the bathroom either during or right after I eat. I have not had a solid bowel movement in over a month. I am almost always nautious.

According to your complain you have problem of bowel movement after eating a meal that may because of irritable bowel syndrome.

If this condition long time than think about irritable bowel syndrom.

Intestinal condition like celiac disease may cause gluten foods consuption lead to abdominal problems. Intestinal infection may ruled out.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Stool examination test is helpful to detect any infection. Abdominal ultra sonography can done.
