Hi welcome to the health care magic

As you are having right side abdominal discomfort rule out fatty liver and gall stone by USG abdomen...

Acid reflux also can be causative factor...

For that low spicy food taken...

Heavy fatty meal avoided...

Head elevation while sleeping

Excess tea, coffee, smoking avoided

Hiatus hernia can lead acid reflux Also for which endoscopy and x ray like investigation helpful

If medical management failed than surgical management done

Consult gastroenterologist for that
I find this answer helpful
