What Causes Discomfort In The Stomach And Chest?

Hello. I m an avid runner, but in the past 4 or 5 years I ve developed a strange condition. While running usually 2 or 3 minutes into the run I will get a strange sensation in my stomach chest region, sort of like a gurgling. Then my arms will go dead then my legs and my breathing is sort of labored. My entire run is then done at that point. BUT. It only happens once in 5 or 6 runs. I ve had 2 stress tests done on my heart and no problems.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This might be the beginning of circulation to heart muscles. The trouble is only once in 6 runs. May b2 the condition was good while stress test was conducted.

I would suggest a trade mill test with simultaneous ECG checkup. A detailed cardiac checkup &investigations are needed to exclude heart problem. Consult a cardiologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
