What Causes Discomfort In The Right Arm While On Exemestane?
I am taking Exemestane for a few months. I had a biopsy done on my right breast (precancerous diagnoses), operation & 33 radiation treatments. After the biopsy I had problems with my right shoulder/arm. After the operation & radiation it is worse. I am going for physical therapy evaluation on Monday. Could this be a side affect from Exemestane?

As per my surgical experience, the Aromasin of Exemestane is not responsible for discomfort in the right arm.
It is the radiation-induced nerve problems which give referred pain.
