What Causes Discomfort In The Lower Abdomen And Left Testicle?
4 yrs back I was having lower abdominal discomfort I seemed to radiate to or from my left testicle. Went away didn t think much of it. Well it would return about every 6 months now adding middle to upper back pain. Noticed too that my left testicle felt mushy and has shrunk at least 50% in size to date. Presently, as in last 4 days, having almost severe back pain and the pain now has included the right testicle. Have tried aspirin for the discomfort but doesn t help a lot.

Good day and thank you for posting this question. I will suggest you see your doctor as soon as possible. Shrunken testicle size of about 50% is not a good sign, and a thorough check up will be done for you including a Scrotal Doppler Ultrasound scan.
