What Causes Discomfort In The Chest After A Work Out?

HI so Tuesday night I went to the gym to de stress and workout. and the next day I woke up really sore but the thing that I find weird is that along with that when I take in a deep breath my chest or lungs or something feels tight and when I swallow once it goes past my throat i feel the pressure or tightness. I don t really know how to explain it. I know I am really stressed this week and haven t gotten a lot of sleep but I don t know if it might be because of something else.

Hello,

This can be due overexercise in the gym leading to muscle fatigue.
Take tablet on Talmin D and take rest as well.If it didn't relieves in one to two days, then report to the emergency room for the checkup of chest and heart examination.

Don't worry. It would go in a couple of days try medications but do not wait if it didn't subside after two days.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
