What Causes Discomfort In Lower Back On The Right Side?
For the past month or so, I m experiencing a nagging dull discomfort in the lower right quadrant of my back. It has slowly gotten worse. Especially difficult to get out of bed in the morning. It also wakes me during the night When I try to change positions i.e. roll over.

It seems to be a joint problem mostly in right sacroiliac joint, surrounding ligaments or right hip.
Please take rest. hot compress. Apply Relaxil ointment /take over the counter pain pill like Ibuprofen twice a day after food.
In case of no relief, consult an orthopaedic surgeon.
