What Causes Discomfort Feeling In Right Testicle?

i am having discomfort in my right testicle, it has been about a week since I have had a traumatic blow dealt to the my scrotal sack, and the pain/ discomfort has only coincidentally started a day after said trauma was caused. I am a 16 year old male at 145 lbs.
