What Causes Discomfort Below The Right Breast Bone While Swallowing?

Hi, right below breast bone it feel lke something is there when I swallow, it feels like it has a hard time passing. Its not painful but feels heavy. I have a lump that has developed under the left breastbone. I feels like something moves up and down my throat. Im winded while bending over to put shoes on. After I eat I stomach instantly swells and feel bloated.

Lump of breast need careful evaluation go for ultrasound bilateral breast or mammography bilateral breast. If married and have kids do you have history of breast feeding? Have you ever taken contraceptive pills. Do you have history of breast lesions in your family?
