What Causes Discomfort Below The Ribs After Taking Ciprofloxacin For Sinusitis?

Recently finished 10 days of Ciprofloxacin for a sinus infection. I m still coughing though not nearly as bad and it s a drier cough. I have however developed some discomfort just below the front of my ribs on the right side. When I sit I find I frequently feel like I need to move or stretch to relieve the discomfort. What could it be?

there is no relation between the pain in lower rib region and usage of ciproflox.

the lain is mostly musculoskeletal
which is not a serious problem
take some analgesic medication.
