What Causes Discomfort Below The Rib Cage?

I dont know whether its indigestion or trapped or something else but its just below the rib cage in the middle feels like a tight know my stomach bloats and eating makes it feel worse tried gaviscon indigestion tablets but doesnt completely go should i be concerned

Here according to history it seems to be indigestion problem mainly....

It will mostly be functional problem....

USG abdomen done first here to exclude organic cause....

For functional bloating take pantoprazol tablet for two week...
Along with you can be prescribed digene like syrup for digestion...

If indigestion and constipation more than dulcolax or simple ispghula might prescribed....
