What Causes Discomfort And Pain In The Abdomen?

Hi kind of a wired question I ve been having a fair bit of pain and discomfort over the past few months I ve been given medication for acid reflex and still have pain! Now I just started using nicotine replacement stuff and I have no had a cigarette in about 24 hours and I ve noticed in about the last 12 hours I keep having very small stool movements ND there basically all yellow mucus is this normal?
