What Causes Discomfort And Pain In Testicle After Intercourse?

After sexual intercourse, one of my testicals often start to have discompfort and pain and becomes almost hard to the touch compared to the other testical. The pain last for a few hours and then goes away by the next day and the testical goes back to the normal feeling of the other testical. A side note, I usually use Tri Mix injections because I sometime suffer from eractal disfunction. The testical doesn t have pain other than after having sex.
