What Causes Disc Bulge At C5 And C6?

I am 46 female, at the c5-c6 disk, there is a diffuse posterior spondylotic disk bulge with an Ap diameter of 1.6 mm. in addition, there is osme mild anterior spondylosis and slight disk space narrowing and desiccation. also at the c6-c7, there is some disk desiccation and minimal anterior spondylosis but no focal disk herniation is appreciated. also, c3-c4 disk, there is minimal annular idsk bulge with an ap diameter of 1.6 mm. what does it mean? I have nummbness in my both arms and left legs and also lots of pain on my neck. I went to PT for two months the contractions made me worse. now I am going to acupuncture since last Nov, I've got better but recently I think I am getting worse than before. what is your opinion. thank you
