What Causes Difficulty While Urinating?

hello, i am 14 yrs old and my problem started yesterday when i went over to a friends house to play basketball and play basketball and i had to pee very bad but iwas doing so good that i held it in for a long time and when i finally got home i did my busines and was a little difficult to pee, it stung at the tip of my thing but then it got worse and it hurts so much and now when i want to pee i cant because of the pain, i cant even get a drop, only this clear sticky fluid comes out, like a tiny drop. Whats going on?!

It is probably nothing, but you should definitely see a doctor and have your bladder scanned, to see if there is a lot of urine.
