What Causes Difficulty To Pass Urine And Mild Pain In Tail Bone?

I am a 26 year old female. Until recently i have been unable to hold urine. Even on drinking small amounts of water, there is an urgency to urinate within less gap of time. I have checked for sugar and diabetes but they seem to be normal. I am suffering from a slight pain on my tail bone (Coccydynia) but have not taken any treatment for the same. Kindly advice me on this problem . what other tests can i do to check if this is normal or not.
