Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Parkinsonism patients may develop rigidity, tremors and imbalance. The reason is muscle coordination and repetitive movements is under control of basal ganglia which is having main chemical if dopamine. If dopamine deficit muscle coordination is list lead to rigidity, Parkinsonian gait and tremors. She may also experience memory loss, cognitive defects, bladder bowel problems, personality changes, behavior changes etc.so she may be treated with anti-parkinson medication.

Hope I have answered your query.
