What Causes Difficulty In Verbalizing Words In The Thought Process?

I am 18. I have noticed lately that my upper lip sticks not allowing me to talk properly. I also notice that I cannot keep up with the lyrics of a song in my car. I know the words in my head but cannot verbalize. Also I cannot gain weight, maybe because I avidly work out... My urine is darker than normal and I am beginning to see circles over my eyelids. I don t want to alarm my mom, but I am concerned. I thought it might be anxiety?? I m using my sisters email.

Hello,

All your symptoms of upper lipsticks not allowed to talk properly, urine darker than normal, circles over your eyelids are referring to dehydration.

Please run complete blood count together with measuring blood electrolytes to determine the right diagnosis.

Not being able to verbalize could be due to dehydration and anxiety. But first must rule out dehydration and its effect on the brain.

Keep well hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid caffeinated drinks. Have your meals regularly.
