What Causes Difficulty In Urination Post Gall Bladder Removal?

hi. my name is sandy.. I am having a very hard time trying to urinate. it feels like a have to go really bad but all I get is a dribble.. my big concern is that I just had surgery. they removed my gall bladder and had to find a stone that was lodged in the bowel. I still have a drain tube in and they shot dye into it 3 days ago to make sure everything looks good to take it out.. I had no pain until the dye injection in the tube and that s when my urine slowed down.. could they be connected.. should I worry? the tube comes out hopefully in 4 days.. I see no red blood but I do see a tiny bit of darkness and I do notice an Oder from the urine.
