What Causes Difficulty In Urinating?
I have trouble getting all my urine out usually have to lean toward my right side to feel that ive gotten comfort getting all urine out,i also have pain in lower left back constant pain i m in pain management for back problems and have been for about 5 years so im on good pain meds but they are not taking any of this pain away at all i cannot get comfortable standing sitting or laying down.Im worried as i only have one kidney so im not sure if its that or something else.Question is should i be worried its my kidney

please take ultrasound abdomen to rule out renal calculi and complete urine examination to rule out uti.
