What Causes Difficulty In Urinating And Tinnitus?

my husband recently went to use the restroom, he has had some trouble urinating and while standing there heard loud buzzing in his ears, blacked out and woke up on the floor. he was discovered by a friend lying on the bathroom floor shaking and unable to answer any questions. ( very little medical attention was provided as he is currently in an immigration detention center. they just told him he was probably dehydrated and sent him back with instructions to drink more water)
