Cardiologist 's  Response
How was his Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF) in his Echo after the procedure was done. Was it less? If he has low LVEF due to a prior Myocardial Infarction, that may be the cause for his compromised effort tolerance.

If that is not the case, a new stenosis somewhere in the coronary vessels may be the cause. Get his fresh Echo and TMT done under supervision of a trained cardiologist. These may definitely explain the reason.

Other than the heart ailments per se, sometimes co-morbid conditions like Anaemia, Hypothyroidism etc may be the reson behindsuch symptoms.
