What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing?

My swallowing has become difficult. After brushing I put my finger on tongue to clean it, at that time I put my finger a little deeper and I found a big tumour/boil. Should I get operated? If not through Homeopathy it is curable. My voice is totally worsened, swallowing difficult........

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Please dont worry , i dont think it is a tumor, but may be an enlarged lymph node or follicle at the base of the tongue , this will resolve with antibiotics and most probably will not require surgery. Please meet your ent doctor for examination and advice regarding the swelling.

Thanks
