What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing?

My son woke up thurs morning and said it feels like something is stuck in his throat. If feels kind of tight down into the top of his esophagus. he said its hard for him to swallow food and has some discomfort with this. Do you have any suggestions as to what this might be?

well he seems like to be having a sore throat, probably pharyngitis...
do the following-

tab azithromycin 250 1 tab daily for 5 days
gargle with povidone iodine twice daily for 5 days or with warm salt water for 5 days
tab paracetamol 250 1 tab SOS if complaints of fever

give me feedback after 5 days....
if it does not improve in 3 days, visit a PHYSICIAN for examination and further management.....
