What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing?

i have difficult to swallow when i start to take meal , after some meal it goes normal, i have visited to doctor , he gave me antibody, it relax for few days but after that it starts again, doctor said nothing is there, but i have problem from 2 month, it feel better when i use my throat to speech it worst in the morning. it feel better some days automatically but reverse back to wrost. i have no fever or cold or any weakness.

1. X ray barium swallow oesophageal.
2. Haemoglobin percentage.
3. Blood sugar level.
