i feel like food is caught as if i didnt chew well and can feel it as it goes down dosent happen every day but at least weekly and maybe 2 or 3 times in a row then nothing for a few weeks i do get heart burn i do have sinus trouble every day. i occasionally get choked by swallowing air or food or drink or even just talking i will cough and gag for about 3 or 4 mins i will not be able to talk this happens about once a month or less but seems to be getting worse as i age. my mother and her mother had the same symptoms my grandma had her esophagas stretched a few times and it would help for a while
