What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing Food While On Orencia?

I have been on orencia for about 5 years, recently I have been having problems swallowing meat and some foods, my primary car dr. ordered a swallow test and it showed inflammation and spasm in my throat, is it possible that this is caused from my infusion?
