What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing And Dizziness?

I have no idea if these are the symptoms of just one problem, or if more than one thing is going on. I cannot swallow at times. I can eat and drink, but I cannot swallow normal saliva buildup. I flat CANNOT get the muscles in my throat to engage. I am having to strain to urinate (not a lot of pressure, but I have to concentrate on the activity). I have periods of shakiness dizziness and I feel like I am walking around in a fog. TERRIBLE short-term memory loss. Symptoms started yesterday. Thank you.
