What Causes Difficulty In Sleeping While On Oxycodone?
I recently had a total knee replacement. For the most part, I am no longer taking pain medications ... with the exception of 1 oxycodone tablet (5mg) per night. When I don t take it I have trouble sleeping. I have an old prescription of trazadone and I took one of them last night. I know that it takes 3-5 days for it to become effective. My question is this: Is it ok to take the trazadone and one oxycodone tablet as well?

Tablet oxycodone is used for severe moderate pain which you might get after knee replacement. Tablet trazodone is an anti-depression medicine.
Now if you have not any depression condition and already stopped trazodone then it will be fine to discontinue. Otherwise, there is no harm in taking both oxycodone and trazodone.
