What Causes Difficulty In Reducing Weight Despite Doing Strenuous Exercises?
My daughter is a 16 year old girl that s 5 7 and 140lbs. She has lost at least 45lbs in the last 2 1/2 years but is having trouble loosing the rest. Shes fairly active, runs 6-10 miles a week total and does quite a bit of strength/cross training along with it. She is having trouble determining how many calories she should be eating to loose weight. She would like to loose 1lb a week.
