What Causes Difficulty In Ejaculation After Undergoing Tonsillectomy?

Hi, I had a tonsillectomy done about 10 days ago. I haven t been able to ejaculate since, and have lost the feeling of pleasure in masturbation. I m a male, 18 years old. I ve been on Oxycodone and was on steroids that finished up pretty quickly, and just finished my antibiotics today. Could this be a side effect of my medication? Anaesthesia?

No it is neither a side effect of medication nor of the surgery and anesthesia- you are still recovering from the stress of the operation so take it easy. Try to engage in reading or watching TV and doing light exercise like walking; make sure you're eating well- you should be back to normal in a week or so but if you let this get you down now it might take longer to recover from the stress. Smoking and alcohol would be better avoided at this time.
