Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. After an abortion, menstrual cycle takes a couple of months to resume normal cycle. In these days you took clomid pills.. while the hormones were yet to comeback to normal.. That increased hormonal imbalance in body, an ovarian cyst appeared. thus messing with process of normalization. If you had normal cycles with ovulation & a normal conception last time.. I think you need just 3 cycles of oral contraceptives. This will help regularizing the hormonal disturbance & you can conceive after the 3 courses. Please consult your treating gynecologist & start the treatment with her advise . Use these three months to improve your own health/confirming normality of your husbands semen/ taking Folic acid pills 5 mg daily for 3 months ( by both of you). Thanks.
