What Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Swallowing After An Exercise?

My daughter turns 25 in 6 days. She has been having trouble getting her breath after running working out etc. And swallowing. She had xray clear. They scoped her and found a polyp and sent off to check for cancer. What can we expect in the future?

Good that polyp is out .What does the biopsy say?
I feel that should be permanent cure for the polyp in airways . We need to rule out similar polyps in other parts of the body .
