Hi,
Noted your history of difficulty in passing urine and ejaculation, has to press on the
urethra for complete evacuation, going on since you were young and now are 41, urine and GFR reports seen.
All your history is suggestive of urinary outflow obstruction.
The most proper diagnosis can be done by the following:
Micturating Urethrogram.
Retrograde Urethrogram
Then Cysto-urethrography.
Assisted by
Ultrasonography of abdomen, particularly for genito-
urinary system.
The obstruction once found out can be dealt with the way it presents and may need minor or major surgery.
Then you need regular follow up and procedures as needed.
Also needed is to take care about hte secondary changes due to obstruction;.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
