What Causes Different Sizes Of Pupils With Frequent Headaches And Fatigue?

My pupils have starting being two different sizes on and off, my vision is perfect but I get headaches often and I m always tired (I am very active I workout everyday but aside from work and working out I m too tired to do anything). Should I see my doctor for a brain scan?

I really appreciate your concern, without the clinical symptoms directly related with the central nervous system such pupil appearance may be nonspecific headache may not the cause of this, and just because of this without the any evidence not advisable to see the doctor, actually such finding need to be observed by physician it self, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
