What Causes Diarrhea While Suffering From Hashimoto Thyroiditis?
On and off through the years I have bouts with very loose bowls with frequent trips to the bathroom. I have Hashimoto and the doctor and tests say my blood tests are normal. It seems like the only way I can control these uncomfortable bouts is to drink buttermilk. Nothing else works. Is this a side effect of Hashimoto?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the symptom of diarrhea then it may not be due to the Hashimoto disease, most of the diarrhea are self limiting and may not need any treatment but hydration need to be taken care hope this information helps.
